The steps in detail
1
Check request details
mory determines the context itself: who is asking, which property and unit are affected, which lease applies. This step is completed automatically. Check in the task context whether the assignment is correct and correct it if necessary.
2
Resolve request
mory gathers the necessary information from your documents, lease data and the people directory. If information is missing or a decision is needed, mory asks you a follow-up question in the task. Reply there and mory continues. Finally mory drafts a reply email for you to review, adjust and send.
3
Confirm solution & close
As property manager you confirm that the request is resolved. The task is closed and moves to the Archiv (archive).
Tips & pitfalls
- If it turns out to be a damage after all, change the workflow type in the task details. The checklist is replaced.
- Administrators can adjust the steps, instructions and check criteria of this process in the Workflows module, see Configuring workflows.
