On this page you set up the personal settings you need so that email, calendar and substitutions work smoothly in mory.

Opening your profile

Click your Profil (profile) in the top right corner. From there you reach your personal settings. Some areas, such as connected accounts or absence, are also found under Einstellungen (Settings).

Email signature

Your signature is appended automatically to emails you send from mory, for example via Verfassen (Compose) in the Posteingang (Inbox) or from a task. The mory agent also uses it when it drafts emails on your behalf.
1

Open the signature

In your profile or under Settings, open the email signature section.
2

Enter the text

Enter your name, role, company and contact details. Keep the signature short.
3

Save

Save. The signature is included in all new emails from now on.

Connecting a personal Google or Microsoft account

To let mory show your emails in the inbox, send on your behalf and synchronize your Kalender (calendar), connect your personal account.
1

Open connected accounts

Go to Settings and open Verbundene Konten (Connected accounts).
2

Choose the provider

Choose Google or Microsoft and sign in with the provider.
3

Confirm permissions

Grant mory permission for email and calendar. The account then appears in the list and synchronization starts.
Besides personal accounts there are organization accounts (for example a shared service center address). These are set up by administrators, see Organizations & users. When composing, you can choose the sender account.

If the connection to your account has expired

For security reasons, the connection to Google or Microsoft expires from time to time. mory then shows a warning banner. While the connection is expired, no new emails or appointments are synchronized.
Click the prompt in the banner to reconnect and sign in with the provider. Synchronization then continues. Messages that arrived in the meantime are caught up.

Setting up an absence

When you are on holiday or away for a longer period, set up an absence with a substitute. Your tasks are transferred to the substitute for that period so that no deadlines or damage reports are left unattended.
1

Open absence

In your profile or under Settings, go to the absence section (Abwesenheit).
2

Set the period and substitute

Choose the start and end date and the person who substitutes for you.
3

Confirm

After saving, your open tasks are transferred to the substitute, who sees them under Meine Aufgaben (My tasks).
You can edit an active absence at any time, for example adjust the end date or change the substitute if your plans change.
Team leads can also set up absences and reassignments for other team members. Details are described in the administration section.
