All communication about a case runs directly from the task, so every message stays where it belongs. This page shows the available channels.

Composing an email

Click Verfassen (Compose) in the task. The editor offers:
  • Recipients: search contacts for To, Cc and Bcc. The task’s tenant, contractor and owner are suggested.
  • Sender account: choose the personal or organization account to send from.
  • AI draft: generate a text proposal from the task context and adjust it.
  • Attachments: attach files from your computer or directly from Datenbank (Documents).
Photos that tenants sent with their report are attached automatically to emails to contractors.
Signature and a suitable salutation are inserted automatically. Texts follow Swiss German spelling (double s instead of Eszett).

Templates (.docx)

Via Vorlagen (Templates) you download documents that mory fills automatically with the task’s data, for example rental agreements or cover letters. The values come from the task context (property, unit, tenant). Review the document before sending it.
If the details in the template are wrong, first correct the corresponding context field in the task, then download the template again.

Comments and @mentions

Use Kommentar (Comment) for internal notes. Comments are not visible to tenants or contractors. Mention a colleague with @name and they receive a notification via the bell at the top.

Calls and transcripts

Calls answered by the phone assistant appear in the activities. Click the call to read the full transcript and see date, duration and caller.

WhatsApp

If communication runs via the organization’s WhatsApp number, you see the conversation in the task’s activities.

Replies land in the task automatically

Every email sent from the task carries the task number in the subject (format T-YYMMDD-NNN). When the recipient replies, mory assigns the reply to the task automatically and the agent continues.
Ask external contacts to keep the task number in the subject line. Without it, a reply may be recorded as a new task.
