What tenants see
Tenants only see data about their own tenancy. Internal comments, costs and contractor communication remain hidden.
Reports become tasks
When a tenant submits a report in the portal, for example a damage, mory automatically creates a task. The field Quelle (Source) under Details shows “tenant portal”. Contact, property and unit (Einheit) are already set because the tenant is logged in. The task then follows the usual checklist. In the portal, the tenant sees whether the report is new, in progress or completed. Direct replies to the tenant are still sent from the task by email or WhatsApp.Inviting tenants
The invitation is sent from mory via the person page.1
Open the person
Go to Bewirtschaftung › Personen (Management › People) and open the tenant. The person must be a party in a tenancy on a unit.

Portal section in the sidebar
In the right sidebar, switch to the Portal section. It shows the current status of the tenant portal access.

Send the invitation
Trigger the invitation to the tenant portal. The tenant receives an email with access details. An email address must be on file.

Check the status
In the Personen list, the tenant portal status column shows Eingeladen (Invited) once the invitation has been sent and Aktiv (Active) after the tenant has signed in for the first time.
