| Name / title | Equals the file name. Editable. Not to be confused with the summary. |
| Type | Contract, invoice, quote, letter, plan, photo, form, receipt, minutes or other. Determines the Smart Folder. |
| Summary | Short description of the content generated by mory. |

| Organisation (organisation) | The organisation the document belongs to. |
| Mandant (client) | Owner or owners’ association. Controls visibility. Can always be changed. |
| Liegenschaft (property) | Assigned building. |
| Einheit (unit) | Assigned apartment or commercial unit. |
| Ausstattung (equipment) | Assigned device, for example heating or lift. |
| Task No. | Task number (format T-YYMMDD-NNN). Links the document to an Aufgabe (task). |
| Verantwortlich (Responsible) | Person in charge of the document. |

| Sender | Who issued or sent the document. Can be a Person (person) or Unternehmen (company). |
| Recipient | Who the document is addressed to. Can be a person or a company. |

| Date | Document date, for example the invoice date. |
| Amount | Total for invoices, quotes and receipts. |
| Currency | For example CHF or EUR. |
| Valid from / to | Term, for example of a contract or an insurance policy. |
| Period from / to | Billing period, for example for a service charge statement. |
