The mory agent works through a task’s checklist step by step and proposes actions to you. This page shows how to handle these suggestions and when to intervene.

What the agent does

Depending on the workflow type, the agent takes care of, among other things:
  • guiding the checklist step by step and ticking off completed steps
  • preparing email drafts to tenants, contractors and owners
  • creating an initial cost estimate
  • proposing a suitable contractor from Unternehmen (Companies)
  • checking incoming quotes and invoices (amounts, VAT, discrepancies)
The agent uses the data from Liegenschaften (Properties), Einheiten (Units), Ausstattung (Equipment), Personen (People) and Datenbank (Documents). If that data is correct, the suggestions are correct too.

The suggestion card

On the task page, the Mory AI suggestion card shows the next proposal, for example an email to a contractor. You have these actions: After Senden, you have a short moment in which you can still retract the message.
Always review suggestions before sending. The email really goes out to the recipient. Pay particular attention to amounts, names and addresses.

Waiting states

When the agent waits for an external reply, the card shows this, for example “Waiting for reply from contractor”. As soon as the reply arrives, the agent continues. For this to work, the task number must remain in the subject line of the reply.

Answering the agent’s questions

If the agent lacks information, it asks a question directly in the card. Answer in the text field or upload the required document, for example a quote or a photo. The agent then continues. Every action of the agent is traceable in the task’s activities.

When the agent pauses

  • No suitable contractor: if the agent finds no matching company in Unternehmen, it pauses. Select a contractor or create a new one.
  • Status On Hold: if you set the task to On Hold, the agent waits until you change the status again.
  • Missing data: if, for example, the property or unit is missing, the agent asks for it or the task carries the Needs manual review flag. Fill in the fields in the task context.
If the card shows an error message and the agent does not continue, carry on with the task manually via the Checkliste (Checklist) or contact your administrator.

Authority limit and owner approval

Whether a quote or an order needs the owner’s approval is decided by the property’s authority limit (Kompetenzsumme). Below that amount, the agent prepares the order. Above it, the agent prepares an approval request to the owner.

Language of communication

The agent writes in the task’s language (field Sprache (Language) in the details, DE or EN). The language is detected on creation and can be changed manually.

Taking over manually

You can take over at any time:
  • tick off steps in the Checkliste by hand
  • switch the workflow via the three-dot menu if mory detected the wrong type
  • set the task to External - no agent, after which the agent no longer works on it
The agent recognizes manually ticked steps and continues with the next open step.
