The task page brings everything about a case together: description, progress, communication and context. This page explains each area so you find your way around quickly. At the top you see the task title, the Mory AI tag (when the agent is active), the workflow tag (for example Schadensbearbeitung) and, on the right, a three-dot menu with further actions such as linking or switching the workflow. Below are three tabs:
  • Übersicht (Overview): description, checklist, suggestion card and activities
  • Dokumente (Documents): all files attached to the task
  • Aufgaben (Tasks): subtasks, for example partial tasks of a condominium resolution

Overview

Description and progress

The description summarizes the case. Below it, the checklist progress shows how far the task has come (for example 1/5) and which step is current. Checkliste öffnen (Open checklist) switches to the full checklist in the right sidebar.

Actions

Three actions are available directly:
  • Kommentar (Comment): internal note, involve colleagues via @mention
  • Verfassen (Compose): write an email to tenant, contractor or owner
  • Vorlagen (Templates): download automatically filled .docx documents
See Communicating from a task for details.

Mory AI suggestion card

The card shows what the agent proposes as the next step, for example an email to a contractor. You send, edit or skip the suggestion, see Working with the mory agent.

Activities

The activities are the task’s timeline, divided into two kinds: The sidebar has the tabs Details, Checkliste (Checklist) and Zeit (Time).

Details

The upper block shows the task’s key data: Below follows the task context: Reported by, property, unit, equipment, FN number, contractor, costs (CHF), priority, due date, created and updated. You can change all context fields manually, for example when mory identified the wrong unit.
When you change a context field, Vorlagen and the agent use the new values from then on. Review open suggestions and drafts that were already prepared.
Property, unit and people are clickable. A click opens the entry in Bewirtschaftung (Management). Use the back navigation to return to the task.

Checklist and time

The Checkliste tab shows all workflow steps with their completion status. In the Zeit tab you record the effort you spent on the task.

Changing the status

The status is set via the dropdown in the details. These rules apply:
  • Neu (grey): the task was created, nobody has started yet.
  • In Bearbeitung (blue): mory sets this status automatically as soon as the agent or you become active.
  • On Hold (yellow): the task is waiting, for example for feedback from the owner. The agent pauses.
  • Completed (green): the task is finished and moves to the Archiv (Archive).
Colors may differ depending on configuration.
