Selecting the organisation
Workflows are configured per Organisation (organisation). At the top of the Workflows module, first select the organisation whose processes you want to edit. Different organisations can have different processes.Available workflows
Structure of a step
Each step consists of these elements:Editing steps
1
Open the workflow
Click a workflow in the list. The steps are shown numbered.
2
Edit a step
Open a step and adjust title, short description, the Erforderlich (Required) toggle, agent instructions or check criteria.
3
Insert or delete steps
Insert new steps at the beginning, between two existing steps or at the end. Delete steps you no longer need directly in the step.
4
Save changes
Save the configuration. The history shows who changed what and when, so you can trace earlier versions.
Changes to a workflow apply to all new tasks of this organisation. Tasks already in progress keep their existing checklist.
Import and export
A workflow configuration can be exported and imported into another organisation. This is how you align several organisations or back up a proven configuration.Tips for good agent instructions
- Clear and specific: Write what mory should do, not what it should avoid. For example: “Ask the tenant for the preferred handover date.”
- One goal per step: If an instruction contains several goals, split the step.
- Phrase work in other programs as a reminder: Work done in ELO, ImmoTop, the BeWi dashboard or ImmoMig cannot be carried out by mory itself. Write, for example: “Remind the property manager to enter the personal data in ImmoTop.”
- Say when the step is done: End with: “When the property manager confirms or skips, the step is complete.” This keeps the step from staying open.
- Check criteria you can see: Phrase the check criterion so it can be recognised in the task, such as “A document of type rental contract is attached to the task.”
