The Kalender (Calendar) shows your Google and Outlook appointments in a weekly view and adds appointments from mory, such as handover dates from workflows. This page explains how to connect accounts and create appointments.

Weekly view

The calendar opens in the weekly view by default. Use the arrows to change the week and Heute (Today) to jump back to the current day. Clicking an appointment opens its details.

Connecting accounts

For mory to show your appointments, connect at least one calendar account:
1

Open settings

Go to Einstellungen › Verbundene Konten (Settings › Connected accounts), or follow the guide under Your profile.
2

Choose a provider

Select Google or Outlook (Microsoft) and sign in with the provider. Allow access to your calendar.
3

Personal or organisation

A personal account is visible only to you. An organisation account (e.g. a shared team mailbox) is available to all members of the organisation. Administrators set up organisation accounts.
If the connection to an account expires, mory shows a warning. Reconnect the account, otherwise appointments are no longer synchronised.

Creating, editing and deleting appointments

  • Create: click a free slot in the weekly view or use the button for a new appointment. Enter title, time, location and participants.
  • Edit: open the appointment and change the details.
  • Delete: open the appointment and choose delete.
Appointments you create or change in mory are written to all connected calendars. You will also see them in Google Calendar or Outlook, and vice versa.

Colour logic

Each appointment is coloured by its source, so you can tell at a glance whether it comes from your Google calendar, from Outlook or from mory itself. The exact colours may vary depending on configuration.

Appointments from workflows

When you coordinate a handover date in a workflow (e.g. Mietereinzug (Tenant move-in), Mieterauszug (Tenant move-out) or Mieterwechsel (Tenant change)), that appointment lands in your calendar automatically. No need to enter it twice.
