This page shows how to maintain organisations in Einstellungen (Settings) and how to invite, deactivate or delete users. Settings is password protected. Depending on your permissions, you may see only some of the functions described here.

The three levels: instance, organisation, client

In mory you will meet three terms that define who sees which data:
You do not create clients yourself. As soon as you assign an owner to a property, mory creates the matching client automatically. Use the Mandant selector in the header to switch between clients.
Contacts (Personen (People) and Unternehmen (Companies)) are visible in all organisations of your company. A person recorded in one organisation is therefore available everywhere.

Creating and managing organisations

1

Open Settings

Open Einstellungen (Settings) and choose the Organisationen (Organisations) section. You see all organisations of your company.
2

Create or edit an organisation

Create a new organisation or open an existing one to edit its name and settings.
3

Assign accounts and channels

Connected email and calendar accounts, WhatsApp numbers and agent settings are maintained per organisation. See Accounts, WhatsApp & agent.
Every organisation also appears automatically as a company under Bewirtschaftung › Unternehmen (Management › Companies). This allows an organisation to be linked to properties, for example as owner or manager.

Inviting users

1

Create the invitation

In Settings, go to user management and invite a new person with their business email address. Assign a role right away (see Roles & permissions).
2

Invitation email

The invited person receives an email with a link to set up their access.
3

Sign-in

The person signs in with their Google or Microsoft account. There is no username and password login. The email address of the Google or Microsoft account must match the invited address.
For every user, mory automatically creates an entry under Bewirtschaftung › Personen (Management › People). This lets the person be assigned to properties as responsible manager, deputy or accountant.

Deactivating and deleting users

  • Deactivate: The person can no longer sign in; their assignments and activities remain visible. Recommended when someone leaves or is absent for a long time. Reassign open tasks first (see the team view under Roles & permissions).
  • Delete: Removes the access permanently. Use this only if the access was created by mistake.

Editing a user’s contact details

Phone number, display name and other contact fields are edited in the linked entry under Personen (People) or directly in user management.
A user’s email address cannot be changed because it is bound to the Google or Microsoft account. For a new address, invite the person again and deactivate the old access.
