This page covers the organizational side of a task: who is in charge, what belongs together and how to close a task cleanly.

Responsible and involved people

  • Change the responsible person: in the task details, click the field Verantwortlich (Responsible) and choose another person. By default, the person from the property’s team is assigned.
  • Add involved people: via Beteiligt (Involved) you give further people access, for example accounting for invoice review.
If you are away for a longer period, redistribute your tasks in one go. Set up your absence in your profile.

Linking tasks

When several tasks belong to the same case, link them via the three-dot menu. Typical cases:
  • a tenant change with the damage tasks that resulted from it
  • a damage with its related insurance case
  • a property marketing task with the move-in task
Linked tasks are visible from each other. Use the same menu to unlink them.

Subtasks

In the Aufgaben (Tasks) tab of the task page you create subtasks and follow their status. For condominium resolutions, mory creates the partial tasks from the minutes and you confirm them.

Priority, due date and status

  • Change priority (low, medium, high, urgent) and due date directly in the task context. Overdue tasks receive an overdue tag.
  • Set the status via the dropdown in the details. The rules are described on The task page.

Tracking time

In the Zeit (Time) tab of the right sidebar you record your effort per task. The total is shown in the tab.

Closing a task

1

Check the checklist

All required steps are ticked. Skip open steps that are no longer needed.
2

Approve completion

The last step of most workflows is the completion approval by the property manager. Confirm the agent’s suggestion or set the status manually to Completed.
3

Archive

The task disappears from Meine Aufgaben (My tasks) and remains available under Archiv (Archive).

Deleting a task

Tasks are closed and archived, not deleted. Close a task that was created by mistake and add a short comment with the reason. It remains traceable in the Archiv.
