## Email signature

Your signature is appended automatically to emails you send from mory, for example via **Verfassen** (Compose) in the **Posteingang** (Inbox) or from a task. The mory agent also uses it when it drafts emails on your behalf.

### If the connection to your account has expired

For security reasons, the connection to Google or Microsoft expires from time to time. mory then shows a warning banner. While the connection is expired, no new emails or appointments are synchronized.

<Note>
