# The mory interface

> Navigation, client selector, notifications, search, mory Chat and the layout of a detail page at a glance.

This page shows how mory is structured so that you can find your way around from day one. German labels are shown in bold with their English meaning in brackets.

## The left navigation

The main areas of mory are on the left edge:

| **Dashboard**                             | Key figures, important tasks, lettings and upcoming deadlines at a glance.                                                                        |
| **Posteingang** (Inbox)                   | All incoming messages from email, WhatsApp, phone and other channels.                                                                             |
| **Kalender** (Calendar)                   | Your appointments from the connected Google or Outlook calendar.                                                                                  |
| **Aufgaben** (Tasks)                      | Your cases with the tabs **Meine Aufgaben** (My tasks), **Meine Fristen** (My deadlines), **Alle Aufgaben** (All tasks) and **Archiv** (Archive). |
| **Bewirtschaftung** (Property management) | Master data with the submenu **Liegenschaften** (Properties), **Ausstattung** (Equipment), **Personen** (People) and **Unternehmen** (Companies). |
| **Datenbank** (Documents)                 | The documents module with upload, preview and smart folders.                                                                                      |
| **Workflows**                             | Configuration of workflow steps per organization (mainly for administrators).                                                                     |
| **Einstellungen** (Settings)              | Organizations, users, roles, connected accounts and other administration functions.                                                               |

## Elements in the header

* **Client selector** (top right): Here you choose the **Mandant** (client) whose data is shown, for example a specific ownership or portfolio. If you cannot see an expected task or property, check the selected client first.
* **Notification bell**: Shows notifications in mory, for example when you are mentioned in a comment with an @mention.
* **Profile**: Access to your profile, your signature, your connected accounts and signing out.

## Search and quick actions

In the bottom left corner you find the icon for the **Suche** (Search). It searches tasks, properties, units, people, companies and documents in a single field. It also offers quick actions, for example **Neue Aufgabe** (New task), without switching to the respective module first.

  Use the search as the starting point for almost everything. Type an address, a name or a task number (format T-YYMMDD-NNN) and jump straight to the record.

## mory Chat

In the top left corner you open **mory Chat**. This is where you ask questions about all your data: you can search documents (with a direct link to the match), ask financial questions or request evaluations, for example "Which units at Musterstrasse are vacant?". Results can be exported as Excel or PDF.

## Layout of a detail page

Whether task, property, unit or person, detail pages follow the same pattern.

* **Tabs at the top** structure the content, for example for a property **Übersicht** (Overview), **Aktivität** (Activity), **Einheiten** (Units), **Ausstattung** (Equipment), **Partner**, **Dokumente** (Documents), **Finanzen** (Finances) and **Finanzierung** (Financing). For a task they are **Übersicht** (Overview), **Dokumente** (Documents) and **Aufgaben** (Subtasks).
* **Right sidebar** holds the structured data. For master data typically **Details**, **Kommentare** (Comments) and **Workflows**; for tasks the details, task context, **Checkliste** (Checklist) and time tracking.
* **Main area**: description, key figures, activity history and, for tasks, the **Mory AI** suggestion card.

The exact set of tabs and fields can vary by record type and configuration.

## Path display and going back

Above the content, the path display shows where you are, for example **Bewirtschaftung › Liegenschaften › Musterstrasse 1**. Clicking an element takes you up one level. From a unit you quickly reach the property and from there the list.

## Language

The interface is available in German and English. The language is chosen in your profile or under Settings. This help center follows the same principle: you can switch between DE and EN at the top.
